Located in East Central Tucson. Convenient to Tucson International Airport, (1.45 hour flight from LAX)
Built between 1870 and 1960
~3,000 sq. ft. on 2 rambling levels: burnt adobe exterior, pueblo revival interior, vernacular mud adobe barn
features renovated plaster walls, original concrete floors, tin fixtures, and 10 ft. ceilings in the salon like living room

Load In & Crew Parking
The Bolsius House has a gravel driveway and parking which can fit:
5 cars or;
Up to a 5 ton, 22-foot box truck
Parking can also be arranged on nearby streets or in nearby city managed parking lot or Fort Lowell Park which can be rented separately.
Electrical
We recommend that you bring your own generator, The Bolsius House has a 200A panel that you can tie into (day charge). Interior wiring can not support higher amperage so we require running your own cables.
Craft Area
The large outdoor parking area can be used for craft tents.
